  1. Clarify the German occupation

We translate your intended role into the vocabulary used in German vacancy texts and regulated-profession lists. This step decides which authority and which reference profile apply.

  2. Audit the credential set

Diplomas, transcripts, licences, and employment references are checked against the authority checklist. Gaps are named early, before you commission every possible translation.

  3. Build the submission plan

You receive a sequenced plan: what to translate first, which copies need certification, and how to phrase the cover narrative for the competent body.

  4. Submit and monitor

After filing, we help you read acknowledgements and clarification letters. Response drafting stays with you; we advise on what the letter is actually asking.

  5. Connect the decision to employment

Full equivalence, partial equivalence, or compensatory measures each change how you speak with employers. Pathway or narrative coaching can follow if needed.
