MachineLearnNet Job Consulting helps non-EU professionals prepare for German employment by clarifying Anerkennung pathways, document requirements, and how foreign training is read by authorities and employers.
Origin
The practice grew from repeated conversations with engineers, nurses, craftspeople, and teachers who arrived in North Rhine-Westphalia with strong credentials and incomplete guidance on which German office owned their recognition. We centred the work on dossier readiness rather than generic career coaching.
How we work
Engagements stay small and document-led. We read what you already hold, name the competent authority for your occupation and Land, and write plans you can follow without depending on us for every form field. English is our working language for explanations; German terms appear where forms and notices require them.
