Refunds, cancellations & rescheduling

This policy applies to paid consultations offered by MachineLearnNet Job Consulting: qualification recognition guidance, employment pathway sessions, document preparation workshops, and application narrative coaching.

Eligibility

Refund requests must be sent to info@machinelearnnet.digital with your invoice reference and reason. We assess eligibility against the conditions below.

Timeframe

Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session for a full refund of that session fee, provided work on your documents has not begun. For multi-week recognition guidance, cancellation within three calendar days of payment and before the document audit starts qualifies for a full refund of fees paid to us.

Partial refunds

If part of a package is unused after work has started — for example one coaching session of three remains — we may refund the unused portion minus work already delivered, calculated from the published session rate or a reasonable share of the package price.

Non-refundable items

• Authority fees, sworn translation costs, postage, and certified copies paid to third parties
• Work already completed (written plans, completed audits, delivered coaching sessions)
• Deposits where the intake call and document review have already taken place, except where required by mandatory consumer law

Refund process & timing

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within fourteen business days of approval. Processing times at banks may add further days.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You may reschedule a session once without fee if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may forfeit that session fee. If we must cancel, we offer a new appointment or a full refund for the affected session.

No-shows & work already started

Failure to attend a confirmed video or office appointment without notice is treated as a completed session for fee purposes. Once a document audit or written plan has been delivered, that portion of the fee is earned.

Exceptions

Statutory withdrawal rights for consumers, where applicable under German law, remain unaffected. This site does not sell physical products, subscriptions, or downloadable software licences.
