How consultations are priced
Fees reflect document volume, occupation complexity, and whether your recognition path is regulated. Figures below are informational starting points — not an online checkout.

Estimate factors
Authority fees, sworn translations, postage, and certified copies are paid by you to third parties and are never included in our consultation fee. If your file involves multiple Länder or a change of target occupation mid-engagement, we pause and quote the additional work before continuing.
Payment & scheduling
We invoice after the intake call confirms scope. A deposit may be requested for multi-week recognition guidance. Appointments can be rescheduled with notice as described on our refund page.
