Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting or legal claims. Active client files follow retention needed for the engagement and statutory bookkeeping.

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions within the EU/EEA where possible. If a transfer outside the EEA is required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
